The Fanhua Pavilion/Temple in the Forbidden City in Beijing houses a complete tibetan Pantheon of bronzes, a great many Thangkas and buddhist Ritual Objects. Since the location is not open to the public, is little know except to specialists. This unique publication gives the reader an idea of the wonderful treasure house, the heavy books are the only available information on the Fanhua Chapel and very difficult to find.
